What I remember from
this class was the lecturer’s words, Poetry is an art which uses language. And
more thing ART IS TRUTH AND BEAUTY. I didn’t remember whose word that is.
However it was beautiful.
Anyway, I like poetry
class however I got a B in my final score. I learned many things as I mention
before in Story in the 4th semester note. There are many theories
about poetry but what I like the most in this class was the application of the
theory into the poetry.
Well, this is about
poetry class, of course we read some poems. And my favorite one was After Apple
Picking by Robert Frost. This poetry is about …….. (no spoiler) lol
Btw, the lecturer
explain the material by making little discussion and speech. The tests were in
the form of essay questions. Just find many references before exams so you can
get some illumination to do your test. The good thing was the lecturer in gave
the tittle of the poetry that being delineated in the test.
